An unique opportunity has arisen for a dedicated, switched on and hard working Team Assistant to join a boutique Investment Firm based in the heart of Mayfair. This is an incredible opportunity to work for a leading Investment Firm which is highly recognised globally. This company is unique in that they are international but have a boutique feel in their London office.

Due to growth and continued success in 2016 they are currently looking for a Team Assistant to join their join. The environment is fast paced and ever changing.

This role will be supporting 6 different individuals ranging from Partners, Fund Managers and Analysts. The duties include but not limited are: diary management, organising international travel and arranging events.

Duties:

• Diary and inbox management
• Organsing international travel
• Liaising with key clients
• Orgnaising internal and external events
• Formatting PowerPoint Presentations

Experience:

• Experience working as a Team Assistant in Financial Services
• Graduate or graduate caliber
• Individual who is switched on and one step ahead
