A well-known, global technology/consultancy company is currently offering a very exciting opportunity for an intelligent and hardworking candidate to join their London team. The London office is based in the heart of Victoria, is open planned, modern, with a high number of staff based in this location creating that buzzy, fast paced and collaborative atmosphere throughout.

This role would suit an individual who wants to work hard, prove themselves, progress within a company and receive excellent training.

You will be surrounded by motivational, intelligent and career minded individuals with solid working relationships.

Main responsibilities as the PA;

-You will initially be responsible for supporting 1 to 2 busy Partners as their PA (50% of role) alongside additional ad-hoc support to their team/project work (20% of role)

-Extensive diary management, requiring constant rescheduling, prioritising, organising meetings, client liaison, arranging lunches etc.

-Co-ordinating the new joiner process for the Public Sector areas (30% of role). This includes ordering equipment and business cards and sending it to the right location; sending out an induction email; welcoming the new joiner on their first day and doing a floor walk; organising MIPAC and IT briefing sessions; being a point of contact for all queries.

-Complex, international travel arrangements - flights, hotels, transfers, itineraries, Visas

-Attend meetings and taking minutes - distributing and following up when needed

-Creating Powerpoint presentations

-Processing expenses

-Updating the CRM system

-Formatting documents, proof reading

-Additional administration support to the wider team

-Covering other assistance when on annual leave/sick leave

Main requirements for the role of PA;

-A proven background as an Administrator, Team Assistant, PA or EA is required

-Ability to manage busy diaries and book international travel is essential

-Exceptional attention to detail

-Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines

-Exceptionally organised

-Confident handling confidential and sensitive information

-Excellent communication skills

-MS Office experience is essential and SharePoint would be a bonus
