A prestigious management consultancy is currently offering an exclusive opportunity for a unbelievably organised PA to join their dynamic, fun and collaborative London office in the heart of the West End.

This role is to support some of the busiest Partners in Consulting and would suit an individual that can multitask with great ease; you will work exceptionally hard during core office hours, but have a true work life balance with no out of hours contact.

You will receive exceptional training from day one covering internal systems, relationship management and knowledge of the business to ensure that you feel valued and supported from the word go.

PA responsibilities;

• Extensive, complex management of 2 diaries; arranging meetings, fixing clashes, rescheduling, prioritising
• Consistent, international, multi-stop travel; Visas, detailed itineraries, flights, hotels
• Managing a high volume of incoming emails to 2 inboxes on a daily basis
• Ad-hoc administration and project support

PA requirements;

• Previous experience gained within a PA/EA role within a large firm
• Excellent attention to detail
• Experience of handling a high volume of emails on a daily basis that all need auctioning
• An interest in supporting senior executives who are experts on their fields with ambitious personalities who rely heavily on their Executive Assistants to both manage and leverage their time effectively
