We have built a fantastic service ethos and an industry leading visitor journey for our client, based at one of the most iconic City locations. Our Client Services Manager will be essential in continuing to evolve our service and promote best practice across two London sites and in Chelmsford.

The Client Services Manager is responsible for ensuring that all guests experience a bespoke welcome journey, by enabling and motivating the Reception, Reservations and Switchboard teams, as well as working in close partnership with the hospitality team, managed by our sister company, Baxter Storey.

The Client Services Manager is predominantly based in London and travels to Chelmsford, ensuring consistency of our service and standards, as well as looking after the team.
