We are looking for new talent to join our great teams across the Portico portfolios and we have a variety of fantastic supervisory roles available which are from Monday to Friday with the core shifts being between 7am – 7pm.

Portico is a specialist provider of high quality, tailored front and back of house guest services. Aimed primarily at the business and residential sectors we have over 10 years of experience managing, mobilising, and developing client services and our fully managed services include reception, concierge, client meeting rooms and events, switchboard, helpdesk and other ‘soft’ services.

We are currently looking for Reception Supervisors to join our ever growing company.

As Reception Supervisor, you will oversee and coordinate various Front of House operations and support the client and Client Services Manager of the site to establish and maintain the smooth running of reception and other services as well as people management and client care on a day to day basis.

• Excellent communication, and the ability to build working relationships at all levels of the business
• Strong leaders capable of thinking on the spot and providing outstanding ideas to enhance the client experience

We also require an exceptional level of attention to detail, excellent written and spoken English, and proven service experience. Having experience of working in a corporate environment or 5-star hotel is desirable and previous experience in a supervisor or team leader position is essential.
