Senior Legal PA

Our client is a boutique firm whose professionals advise developers, contractors, utilities and government entities on complex projects in the London and internationally.  The Senior Legal PA will carry out work for 3 Senior Attorneys.  This is a Senior PA Role, paying £45k with great perks and benefits.  This is a Temp to Perm role to start on Monday 23 January 2017.

Key responsibilities of the Senior Legal PA

Supporting the 3 Senior Attorneys as personal assistant, maintaining a very high degree of confidentiality and discretion at all times.
Extensive diary management and travel arrangements which will include arranging/managing a significant amount of both national and international travel; frequent arrangement and rearrangement of meetings and engagements.
Very close management of daily itineraries and reminders for next meetings and weekly review of upcoming engagements
Being a gatekeeper for the Senior Partner and the Director of Finance at all times and managing these communications in a diplomatic and courteous manner
Drafting meeting and programme agendas and liaising with overseas offices and senior management for collation and circulation of information for meetings.
Preparing PowerPoint presentations for conferences.
Ensuring the Senior Partner and Finance Director have all papers for all of their meetings ahead of time, often with minimal instruction.
Periodic urgent/demanding projects requiring late working or early starts.
Keeping track of multiple projects and all associated emails, correspondence file notes and materials, often running over many years.
Room and video conference and telephone conference bookings.
Maintaining detailed records of expenses and managing all administrative aspects of claim reimbursement.

Skills/experience required:
Experience of working in a similar role at Board level in professional services preferably in a partnership environment.
Many aspects of this role will be confidential and the individual will be required to maintain strict confidentiality and act with diplomacy, tact and discretion at all times.
Excellent IT skills, particularly MS Outlook, MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Experience of working in an international firm or markets with an understanding of currency, time zones etc.
Exceptional organisational, time-management and administrative skills.
Handling "cold calls" with skill, charm and efficiency
