The role of the Junior Legal Secretary
• Fluent in Italian
• Word processing
• Audio typing
• Copy typing
• Document formatting
• Dealing with telephone and email enquiries
• Creating and maintaining filing systems
• Managing diaries and arranging appointments for fee earners
• Making travel arrangements
• Maintaining full confidentiality at all times
• Italian translations
