Job description Overview


We are currently looking to recruit a Front of House Receptionist on behalf of our client in Liverpool Street. The front of house staff are the face of the business and a high level of professionalism and service is required as you will set the tone and expectations of each guests experience from arrival to departure.


Responsibilities

Greet clients and guests
Answer high-volume phone line
Receiving and sorting daily mail/deliveries/couriers
Assist employees with conference room coordination, and other requests
Maintain front of house appearance
Work with Office Manager to ensure conference rooms are clean and functioning
Work on ad hoc tasks with Facilities Team
Stock kitchens with snacks and beverages; ensure kitchen appliances are in working order
Maintain appearance and cleanliness in kitchens and restrooms; report any issues to Office Manager

Qualifications

College/Unverisity gradulate
Self-starting attitude and demonstrated ability to get things done / leadership skills.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to organise, multitask, prioritise and work under pressure
Ability to work autonomously.
Professional appearance and demeanor
Customer-service oriented attitude
