£32,000 - £35,000


THE COMPANY:

Our client is a global property investment and management company.  With prestigious head quarter offices in the West End of London.   

THE ROLE:
  • Responsible for diary management, organising meetings, and coordinating conference calls ensuring the team’s priorities are met. 
  • Arrange UK and overseas travel and produce accurate and detailed itineraries
  • Support visiting colleagues from other offices.
  • Prepare expense claim forms for signature by executives prior to submitting to Finance.
  • Promote excellent client relationships through telephone contact.  Dealing professionally with enquiries, ensuring they are answered promptly or passed to others for attention as appropriate.
  • This includes covering the telephones for the other Assistants and on occasions for staff elsewhere in the business.
  • It is vital that a personal and personable client service is offered to reflect well on the company. This includes minimising the use of voicemail to take incoming messages.
  • Be fluent in a range of software packages (particularly Word and PowerPoint) to produce high quality typed documentation, creatively laid out material and professionally bound presentations to help secure new business transactions.
  • This includes supporting the team to produce typed material for clients to urgent deadlines that may necessitate working overtime at short notice.
  • General administration work such as printing, binding, photocopying and general filing. 
  • Department administration responsibilities include maintaining stationary levels etc.
  • Input /update data into the company database i.e. Interaction.
  • Cover for the other Assistants as and when is required.
