Our client, one of the most globally recognised Media and Entertainment companies, are looking for a Physics or Engineering Graduate with an interest in Technology, who has gained research, administration and client services experience ideally within a Media company. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a sociable team within an established brand.

The Role
  1. Approve new titles and guidelines within agreed SLAs globally
  2. Review and sign off documents and guidelines created by Manager
  3. Process applications and write guidelines.
  4. Create, maintain and evolve all document templates.
  5. Complete and maintain a handbook for each category detailing the format, main exclusions, terminology, titles conventions and Q&A.
  6. Regularly disseminate clear information and updates to all offices about the categories managed.
  7. Contribute to brainstorm and creative sessions, being available for conference calls with other offices to share knowledge about specific categories.
  8. Support the Editorial Team with reviewing of spreads, suggesting and researching for all request.
  9. Review existing Guidelines on an ongoing basis.
  10. Liasing with external contractors
  11. Investigate existing issues and problems.
  12. Recruit and work with consultants in specialist areas together with Research and Information Executive.
  13. Support internal departments with specialist knowledge on related projects.
  14. Create global policies applicable to the managed categories.
The Person
  • Critical thinking
  • Must have gained a degree in Physics or Engineering
  • Experience in working with clients/customers
  • Administrative experience and intermediate to advanced level IT skills
  • Experience in researching information and verifying the reliability of sources using online search engines and databases
  • Good communication skills, externally and internally
  • Cultural sensitivity
  • Ability to prioritise and manage personal time
  • Strongly results orientated and exceptional eye for detail
