Senior Lettings Administrator  

Hampstead

 

Our Hampstead office is looking to recruit a Lettings Administrator or Senior Lettings Administrator to provide an effective and efficient support service to the lettings team, ensuring the smooth running of a busy department.

Job Description:

Within this role, you will be providing a full range of administrative support to the team including booking in appointments and compiling letters and terms and conditions. Your responsibilities will also include:

  • Marketing duties such as placing new properties on the website
  • Updating window cards and arranging photography and marketing material.
  • Other duties include dealing with clients in a polite, helpful manner, maintaining filing systems and general administration.

Required Education, Skills and Qualifications:

We’re looking for a customer service orientated and highly organised individual with a minimum of 2 years’ experience within a similar role.

  • You’ll be a pro-active and personable individual, with good attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to multi-task are essential for this role.
  • You will have a good working knowledge of Microsoft office and be comfortable learning new systems.
