Reception Admin and Switchboard Operator

Global HQ, Baker Street

 

Based in our Global HQ on Baker Street, we are currently recruiting for a Reception Admin and Switchboard Operator.

You will be responsible for:

  • Meeting and greeting internal and external visitors to the office; administration for the team; dealing with advanced bookings in system (Condeco) and meeting rooms; liaise with catering.
  • You will be required to provide an efficient telephone answering service and the relaying of incoming calls to the firm in a professional, friendly and helpful manner.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience working in a similar role with excellent communication skills and a high standard of customer service.
  • The successful candidate will be a pro-active and organised individual, with good attention to detail.
  • You will have the ability to multi-task and a good knowledge of Microsoft office.
