Our client, a very successful retail outlet company, is looking for someone to join their Deliveries team. 

  • You will be looking after all customer orders from the completion of the sales order through to the customer delivery 
  • You will be ensuring that the company provides the best  delivery customer service at all times, that all customer communication both phone and email is of the highest standard
  • You will be assisting and resolving all customer questions as well as liaising with all other departments of the company, answering enquiries that arise during the process
  • We want someone who is an excellent listener and has superb communication skills, you must be good at problem solving, be a quick thinker,  good with IT, excel spreadsheets and have great attention to detail

You will need to have a patient and calm approach with the ability to take responsibility and be accountable for all your actions. Most importantly someone who is a team player, friendly, and down to earth who can roll their sleeves up and get down to the job in hand!  There is lots of variety and heaps of potential as this company has big plans in the near future.  The company is growing quickly, the team social and the office has a great fun atmosphere.
