A fabulous branding agency are looking for an Office Manager to join their fast paced office, the role would be busy and varied,
Duties will include
- Ensuring the office is organised and tidy at all times
- Ensure that the meeting rooms and office facilities are clean
- Organising social events for the office
- Managing cleaners, refuse and recycling collection
- Managing the processing of invoices using xero
- Acting as a PA for two Company Directors
