Our client is a highly successful property design and development company with amazing offices in Chelsea. They are looking for a new person to join the team as an Office Manager/PA to the co-founder. On the Office Manager side of things you will be:
- meeting and greeting all of the guests
- setting up board rooms and meeting rooms
- ordering stationery
- managing office contracts
- sourcing new suppliers
- ensuring the office is clean and tidy at all times
- liaising with external IT providers
On the PA side you will be:
- carrying out extensive diary management,
- booking travel,
- assisting with their workload,
- producing PowerPoint presentations,
- ensuring they have all the relevant documentation for meetings etc., building relationships with clients,
- looking after their various accounts,
- organising staff events
- ad hoc duties such as personal shopping
