Our client, a top International Consultancy is looking for an immaculate candidate to be the face of the company!  The successful candidate will be working on reception, which will involve meeting and greeting clients, preparing and setting up meeting rooms, and managing the diary for meetings. They will also be in charge of the general housekeeping (this does not require cleaning) by ensuring that there are fresh flowers in the meeting rooms, ordering all basic supplies on a weekly basis and reporting any building maintenance work to the Office Manager. There will be many other duties to be getting involved with, from getting refreshments together for those meetings, ironing napkins/mats, liaising with the PAs, arranging for wine to be taken out the cellar for events and being the central point of organisation for all functions held.  It is a great opportunity for someone who has worked in a Full On Reception role before, or who has been working for an airline or 5* hotel looking to take the next step!
