Recruitment Consultant for boutique Recruitment Consultancy

Joyce Guiness is a boutique secretarial recruitment agency based in the heart of Chelsea.   Due to growth we are looking for another member to join our perm team.  Our clients are some of the top in London covering a multitude of sectors; marketing, finance, property, PR, fashion, interiors, sports, exec search and many more.  You will help the team build upon our extensive client list, develop and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients, sourcing candidates, interviewing and placing them in to perm roles.  This is an exciting time for Joyce Guiness and you will have the opportunity to get involved in other exciting projects and help grow the business.   The successful candidate will ideally have 1- 2 yrs recruitment or customer facing / sales experience, be hungry and have the ambition to succeed.  We need someone who is bright, has a great sense of humour and is happy with a very hands on approach.
