Our client, a privately owned international business group, is looking for an experienced Corporate Receptionist to join their offices in central London. The ideal candidate will be motivated, driven, a team player, professional, have excellent communication skills, be a multi-tasker, flexible attitude and it would be ideal if the candidate came from a hospitality background. As the face of the company, in this role it is essential that you are immaculately turned out at all times, with good customer service experience. You will be managing a junior receptionist so experience of this would also be useful.

Duties will include:

Meeting and greeting guests and looking after them

Ensuring the reception area is well maintained

Answering/screening all phone calls

Looking after the conference rooms

General office support to include photocopying and faxing duties, coordinating the office, day to day duties like booking couriers and sorting post, diary management, running errands when needed and turning your hand to anything.
