We have taken on a fantastic new opportunity for a PA/Office Manager to join a small American owned investment firm with a focus on Asia, based in the heart of the City.

The core duties would include booking lots of travel, managing diaries, expenses, document production and putting together detailed itineraries so that their travel is hassle-free! This role also has an office management element to it so you will be responsible for managing the technology in the office, maintain office supplies, organising work events and ensuring the successful day to day running of the office.

It is important that the person in this role has excellent attention to detail, the ability to prioritise and confidence to push pack in a polite manner. You must also be happy to work in a quieter team as they are a small company and the rest of the team spend a lot of time travelling. Therefore, they are looking for a self-sufficient candidate that can keep things under control while they are away. 

Once established in the role, there is also the opportunity for this person to get involved in marketing and client services and they will even consider funding qualifications which will allow this person to become more client facing and get more involved in the sales side.

In return they are offering up to £45k, depending on experience as well as a comprehensive benefits package including private healthcare, dental, pension, 25 days' holiday and an annual discretionary bonus.
