PA to Marketing Team

We have just taken on a fantastic PA to Marketing Team role, working for a lovely Fund Management firm, based in the West End. You will be supporting the Marketing team in all aspects of their role as they begin a really exciting marketing push globally!
 
As part of the team, you will be required to provide strong PA support to the Marketing team including; extensive diary management and lots of complex and exciting international travel arrangement. You will also be responsible for helping to prepare reports and presentations for stakeholder meetings, keeping their CRM database up to date, processing expenses and assisting with any other related duties as required.  
 
The ideal Team Assistant will have an exceptional work ethic, be self-motivated and able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines. You should also possess strong Microsoft Office skills, especially PowerPoint and have experience using a CRM database, like Salesforce, Oracle or SAP for example.
