A great position has become available for an enthusiastic and hardworking Office Assistant to join a European private equity firm with around 100 people in their fantastic London offices in Mayfair. They are a lovely company to work for with lots of scope for progression!
This Team Assistant role involves providing support to the wider team but primarily two Investment Directors. Your main responsibilities will include; extensive diary management, organising travel, accommodation, restaurants, arranging conference calls, managing team expenses, booking meeting rooms, collating papers for meetings and more.
They are ideally looking for someone with administrative experience in a corporate environment however they are open to all sectors you have previously worked in. The most important thing is that you have a can-do attitude, are hardworking and eager to learn! You should also be competent in using Microsoft Office packages.
The core working hours are 9-5.30pm with flexibility required and they are offering up to £30k depending on experience.
