Receptionist in growing PE firm

We have lovely new Receptionist role working for one of our favourite clients, an extremely successful and growing private equity firm in Victoria, with lovely offices and a very friendly and professional culture.
 
The reception team will consist of you and two other receptionists who are both lovely and have worked there for some time, so are great to learn from. Your main duties will include being the face of the company as you meet and greet incoming guests and clients, managing the switchboard and meeting rooms along with helping out with the facilities and ad hoc tasks that arise. It is a buzzy and fast-paced environment so never a dull moment!
 
Previous reception experience is highly desirable as well as a great muck-in attitude and the ability to create a positive first impression instantly. You need to be proactive and able to keep calm under pressure. They are looking for a true team player!

Reception cover is needed between 8.15-6pm but you will co-ordinate this with the other Receptionists on a shift basis. They are looking to pay up to £23.5k for the successful candidate.
