We have a new role as an Executive Assistant for a start-up Private Equity firm located in West London, which is rapidly expanding and planning to relocate to Mayfair within the year. They also have offices in Asia, USA and the Middle East.
 
The EA will be providing support to this small team and working alongside another EA who is also the Office Manager. However, the team is going to grow as they are currently hiring additional Executives. The core duties will include, but are not limited to, being the face of the company and greeting visitors, supporting the expanding team with everything from diary management, travel and expenses. You will also be required to support the Office Manager with duties, such as ordering stationary, office supplies, assisting with the office move and sourcing contractors. 
 
As the business is a start-up, the right candidate needs to be flexible, hard-working and enthusiastic about contributing. The successful EA will be confident, resourceful, able to work off their own initiative and excellent at building a rapport with people. The core hours are 9 - 6pm but flexibility will be required. They are looking to pay up to £50k for the right person.
