Japanese speaking EA to Senior Partner

We have an amazing opportunity for a Japanese speaking PA to join a highly regarded, international management consultancy firm. You would be working in the London head office based in St James'.

This role is supporting a Senior Partner that has transferred from their Japan office. He requires seamless support with co-ordinating complex, international trips, non - stop inbox and diary management, expense management and any ad hoc admin too.

You must be a confident, articulate communicator with all levels of seniority within the business and you must be a proactive, self-starter. Most of his clients are based in Japan and prefer to communicate in Japanese, therefore they are looking for a Japanese speaker in this role.

They have a wonderful admin team who support each other and there are opportunities to take on additional responsibilities such as recruitment, training new starters and events as well as opportunities to become a team leader, however your initial focus will be to establish yourself as a competent support.

The environment there is fast paced however your core working hours are 9-5.30 and you would not be expected to work far beyond those hours, but obviously, some flexibility will be required depending on your boss' diary.

They will offer up to £42k and offer a very competitive benefits package as well as excellent training in a fast-paced environment.
