We have a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic and hardworking Personal Assistant to join the Business Services team within a mid-sized private equity firm of 150 people, based in their lovely offices in Victoria.

This is a meaty and varied PA role providing support to the Business Services Team. Your main responsibilities will include; arranging internal and external meetings, managing the teams' inboxes, preparing itineraries, arranging complex international travel and liaising with suppliers. The successful PA will also be expected to provide project support to the team such as staff training and development.

They are looking for a PA with solid experience who is exceptionally organised and not afraid to show initiative and improve processes. Having a cheerful disposition is important as this is a close-knit team, but most importantly the ideal PA will remain composed and calm during busy periods. Having some knowledge and experience of formal project management methodology is extremely advantageous.

Their core hours are 9-5:15pm and they will offer up to £35k, depending on experience as well an excellent benefits package.
