EA to 3 Partners and deal team

A boutique but thriving private equity firm in Chelsea are looking for a new member to add to their existing support team to work with 3 Partners and a further, more self-sufficient team.

You would be working alongside a friendly, relaxed but equally hard-working team and also joining two other EAs there. While a smaller firm of around 30 staff, they also have an office manager and a fair amount of structure, so you get the best of both worlds with them. They moved to new offices last year and are very proud of the setup there which seems to really add to the collaborative efforts of the team. It's a friendly, go in and work hard culture but for those that are on the ball and take a proactive approach, you can have a great work/life balance too.

The role will be predominantly traditional but busy and challenging. They are a very multi-cultural team and also travel to weird and wonderful places globally, so itineraries will be complex, ever-changing and include visas which you must be very comfortable with and be able to demonstrate a strong skillset in that area as the windows for these can be tight. You should also be happy prioritising their workload, juggling diary commitments and taking the stress out of their day-to-day work. All in all, it's a fantastic team in need of a bit of organising, a flexible approach and a great sense of humour.

Core hours will be 8.30-5:30 but there should be some flexibility with this as getting a good start on the day is a great help. They have a great work/life balance culture there, so it would very rarely be more than that. In return, they offer a very strong salary and bonus setup dependent on experience, 25 days' holiday etc.
