German speaking Team Assistant

We have just taken on an exciting Team Assistant role for a fluent German speaker to work in a lovely Mayfair-based boutique finance firm with a fantastic culture and work life balance and low staff turnover.

This Team Assistant role will be working alongside a PA, supporting 6-7 mid-level professionals. In this role, you will have the opportunity to put together international travel itineraries, manage diaries and inboxes and partake in other ad hoc administration duties when required. This is a solid grounding for someone looking to move into a PA role in the future. Your support will help to ensure the smooth and successful running of operations from one day to the next.

The successful candidate will be a team-player with a proactive, flexible approach to work. This is a great opportunity for someone who is switched on and eager to get stuck in to a busy but rewarding role, where they can learn but also contribute and make a difference. Being able to speak and write German fluently is essential in this role. 

In return for your hard work, they are offering around £35-38k, depending on experience, as well as an exceptional benefits package including; pension and health insurance and 25 days' holiday.
