Do you enjoy the challenge of working in a fast paced environment, supporting multiple teams and being considered the reliable ‘go to’ person for the office? A global investment bank are seeking a float team assistant to support on a busy trading floor.
Duties include:
- Extensive diary, travel arrangements
- Scheduling meetings
- Processing expenses
- Supporting/arranging events
- Handling a high volume of enquiries
You must be able to work well under pressure, be resilient and have a great sense of humour. In a float role, it is pivotal that you are someone who can react to last minute changes, adapting to various teams and working styles. This role will also provide a great opportunity to be exposed to senior members of the bank.
Initially a 6 month contract, this role is paying £19.00 per hour inclusive of holiday pay, with overtime paid at time and a half. Overtime is anything over 40 hours, core hours being 8am – 6pm.
