Learning & Program Coordinator

A fantastic client - leaders within Tech/Social Media, are seeking a project assistant, preferably from a marketing/digital agency background, with a strong passion for working with charities and the non-profit sector.

In this role, you will be supporting a team that are looking to launch a new digital product to new and existing clients in the charity / non-profit sector. Your role will be to assist your line manager in cultivating new and existing client relationships and troubleshoot in regards to the new digital product.

Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot client queries
• Conduct research
• Run reports and product analysis
• Educate new and prospective partners on new products
• Provide feedback and suggestions where appropriate

This is an exciting 11 month contract for a tech savvy individual who is passionate about providing a first class service to charities and the non-profit sector. Experience in a media/digital agency is preferred over exposure within a charity / non-profit environment.
