Credit Assistant - Leading International Hedgefund

Internationally-leading, Alternative Asset Manager seeks a bright, dynamic, hardworking Assistant keen to work as an integral part of the team. You will be supporting the Head of Credit and 4 team members. If you are an energetic and enthusiastic Assistant with experience ideally within Credit, or alternatively within Hedge Funds, Investment Banking or similar, and you;'re looking for a move into a varied and challenging role where you will become an integral member of the team, this could be the role for you!

Supporting the head and his team, you will utilise your keen organisational skills to coordinate and demanding schedule, arranging meetings over time zones, and organising complex, multi-destination international travel - providing thorough, detailed, itineraries. You will be proactive in nature with a flexible can-do attitude.

You will also liaise with senior executives - both internally and externally, on the phone and in person. You will enjoy building lasting relationships with an ability to build rapport immediately. You will also be involved in assisting with basic financial analysis using Excel with confidence, and liaising with brokers to arrange meetings and reports. You will also be running Factiva news runs, printing P&L reports every morning and sourcing news articles/research.

The ideal candidate will have experience working as an Assistant/Team PA within the Investment Sector - ideally within a busy trading, hedge fund or private equity environment.
