Fantastic opportunity to join world-leading consultancy firm, working in London’s West End.  If you're a highly-organised multi-tasker who enjoys a super varied role - this could be for you! The ideal candidate will have experience as an Office Manager - professional services is a huge plus! You will need to be an iron fist in a velvet glove - able to manage people effectively in a personable manner. 

You will work particularly closely with the management team  team to ensure the smooth running of this closely-knit firm of 6. As the sole member of support, you will be responsible for overseeing Front of House, client meeting coordination, facilitates and policy management. You will need to be flexible, with a tenacious, "can-do" approach.

On top of support, this role offers fantastic opportunities to be included in, and involved with the team's work - with a propensity for events management. The firm are incredibly ambitious and inspiring - requiring someone with exceptional attention to detail to match their incredibly high standards. They need someone that thrives under pressure, performing at a high level. 

As part of the business assistant side, you will be required to keep on top of market research, and to write up minutes and follow up on all action points from meetings between consultants and clients (or candidates). This will require a proactive approach, as well as reactive. You will be able to use your initiative and market knowledge to assist with business decisions.

  • Previous Office Management experience
    • Managing office logistics and administration (e.g. invoices, POs, procurement, vendor management, etc.)
    • Client relationship management
    • Event management
    • Sensitive handling of confidential information

Having EA experience would be helpful, as there could be light cover for senior staff members.

You will be the first point of contact in the office - a real 'go-to' for internal and external enquiries - always willing to help.  You will be a brand representative for this internationally renowned firm.
