Prestigious boutique Investment Advisory firm seeks a bright, flexible and diligent Office Manager to join their team of 5. 

The role offers scope to assist in a wealth of areas and add value across the firm - perfect for a bright and meticulous self-starter looking for personal and professional development! You will be working closely with an incredibly inspiring CEO and subsequently will gain excellent exposure within the financial sector. 

As Office Manager, you will assist all aspects of the day to day running of the office - including, but not limited to

  • Maintain employee records and draft offer letters, contracts
  • Ensure policy documents are up to date
  • Implement staff training and processes for new starters and leavers 
  • Manage benefit policies
  • Supervision of outsourced IT
  • Being the main point of call for any building inquiries
  • Calculate and compare costs for required services
  • Office contract management, negotiations and tendering for office supplies/equipment
  • Drive projects and initiatives towards timely completion and deliver status reports to the Partners
  • Ensure all work is completed satisfactorily and following up on any deficiencies
  • Co-ordinate all organisational insurance policies
  • Supervising compliance processes
  • Arrange business and board meetings, writing board minutes
  • Diary management
  • Travel arrangements (very occasionally)
  • Assistance with Company Administration
  • Ad-hoc projects

You will be

  • Bright and articulate with a 2:1 degree (or equivalent)
  • Able to work well under pressure 
  • Hard working with a flexible, 'can-do' attitude
  • Able to get 'stuck-in' and use initiative to resolve any issues that arise
  • Confident and comfortable when working with numbers for accounts and invoices
  • An ability to use accounting software - i.e. Sage (or at least an eagerness to learn!)
  • Able to prioritise and multitask efficiently.
