A social media firm are looking for a Media Support Coordinator to help build and maintain relationships with their media and entertainment partners. 

As an account manager, you will offering advice and support to partners - helping them make the most of your services. Although you will not be writing content, it is vital that you have an interest in media so as to give advice enthusiastically and genuinely. 

Duties include:

  • Working directly with media partners, acting as primary contact, providing support, collecting feedback and managing communication
  • Improving the media content ecosystem by creating exceptional support experiences for publishers
  • Delivering actionable product insights
  • Creating and sustaining new partnerships
  • Organising and contextulising feedback
  • Helping to educate and on board new partners
  • Troubleshooting to resolve technical issues

The ideal candidate will be:

  • Comfortable offering customer support over the phone and live at events
  • Passionate about creating world-class service experiences
  • Able to prioritize when juggling multiple partners
  • Extremely reliable , consistent and hard-working

Due to the fast pace of this role, preference will go to those who have 2+ years experience either in communications, operations or in the media/entertainment industry. Candidates who can demonstrate an interest in Media, Entertainment or Sport will also be of interest to the client, due to the nature of the content you will be working to support.
