Team Assistant - Keen interest in Tech required!

Innovative and exciting tech incubator seeks a bright, engaging and personable team assistant with a keen, demonstrated interest in technology to join their FOH team. 

As team assistant, your duties will include - but are not limited to: 

• Liaising with, and greeting clients
• Maintaining client and customer databases and keeping track of their requirements
• Assisting with the member selection process - i.e. conducting research on all potential clients 
• Helping create company marketing materials, i.e. newsletters, blogs, events etc
• Working as part of a large, dynamic team

You will be: 

• Flexible and proactive with an ability to think on your feet and react quickly to a constantly-evolving environment in a fast-paced industry
• Organised with a meticulous attention to detail and an ability to see patterns in data
• Bright and articulate with excellent research/analytical skills with a 2:1 degree (or equivalent) and 1-2 years experience within a technology startup 
• Enthused by the tech sector - with a keen demonstrated interest in tech events 
• Personable and engaging with a superb client-facing manner and excellent customer service skills
