Executive Assistant / EA

Dynamic, highly successful consultancy seeks outstanding EA to join their team of 50, to be a right hand to two inspiring Heads of Department.  This role will put you at the heart of the company, involving you in both client-facing work and development projects across the firm.

You will be ideal for this Executive Assistant role if you can demonstrate –

• Being brilliant with internationally-focussed diaries and juggling conflicting priorities
• Working closely with ambitious people, and understanding their needs and ambitions
• A high level of organisation, able to simultaneously juggle multiple projects
• Exposure to recruitment/HR administration – this will include liaison with agencies, full coordination of internal recruitment and appraisal processes, and understanding of handling sensitive/confidential data
• Outstanding written and oral communication, including proofreading with a meticulous eye for detail
• Excellent Microsoft packages – Excel and PowerPoint, amongst the others, will be a huge part of your daily work life in this role

Additional experience, which would stand you in great stead –

• Demonstrated multi-tasking between your core role and projects
• Previous exposure to personality, aptitude and psychometric – these are used for both client and team work
