Field-leading alternative investment house seeks top EA - you will support three Senior Investment Professionals, and their team of three. This is the firm's busiest team, thus allowing you to play an integral part in the 50-person company.

This is a rare opportunity in the Private Equity world, and only top investment sector EAs can be considered. The team work on the deal-side, so experience is sought in this area of a business - pressure, pace and reward are all high.

Of absolute and key importance will be your attitude and work ethic – you will be driven, hungry to learn and, above all, a team player: You will work closely with the handful of other EAs in a whole manner of ways, including sharing firm-wide projects.

Regarding the role, you will be an organisational lynchpin – you will stay on top of complex and changing travel schedules and, in time, multiple projects, plus be the first point of call for clients. The three Seniors will have back-to-back diaries and will travel in fits and starts; they want to be able to trust their EA to make both travel and client decisions on their behalf; you will be accustomed to liaising at the most senior of levels and enjoy being your team's 'go to' person.

In the office, you will be an exceptional administrator – there are lists and databases to be kept up to date, and lots of Excel and PowerPoint documents to organise. Under your care, everything will look amazing and be accurate, demonstrating the utmost attention to detail.

Overall, you will be highly professional and intellectually capable, but also warm – as mentioned, being a team player is key. You will be a systemic thinker, who loves learning and being stretched, and who is able to proactively manage conflicting needs.

You will have EA experience within a finance setting, ideally in alternative investment.

This role will allow you to support at senior level, working with passionate and strong people, and coming alongside them to learn what they do, and make a contribution. This is a senior and demanding industry role, and needs a candidate who loves being an organisational guru.

£45-55K, depending on experience, outstanding package and market-leading bonus.
