A highly prestigious global investment firm based in the heart of the West End are currently recruiting for an experienced PowerPoint Presentations Specialist to work on the evening shift of 5pm - 1am on a permanent basis.

This role will involve producing high quality pitchbooks, using Word and PowerPoint templates, from information supplied through liaison with internal and external clients. Therefore a personable, professional and friendly manner is ideal for this role. My client are looking for a professional candidate who will also need to be able to take ownership and responsibility for the projects allocated in terms of service, client management and professionalism. The successful candidate will have advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint as well as some very basic Adobe Creative Suite knowledge. Any additional skills using more graphics related software such as knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign would be advantageous, as there will be opportunities to move into more graphics based work should the successful candidate be interested. This position is working Monday to Friday from 5pm - 1am.

Some key responsibilities within this role will be as follows:

• Producing high quality pitchbooks, using Word and PowerPoint
• Taking ownership and responsibility for the projects allocated in terms of service, client management and professionalism
• Completing amendments to create documents as requested by clients
• Managing the submission of work from clients
• Developing effective working relationships with clients and colleagues

The successful candidate must have the following skills to be considered:

• Advanced knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Basic working knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign
• Have a critical eye in terms of accuracy
• Excellent organisational skills
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Typing speed 45 wpm
• Advanced level of English, if second language
