This leading Financial Services Company seeks and experienced Administrator with a strong corporate/financial services background

The successful candidate will primarily be working with the Business Support team and provide ad-hoc support to the two Head of Department secretaries plus a small team

Duties will include:

  • Typing
  • Photocopying
  • Detailed use of Microsoft Excel, Word and Macros
  • Arranging meeting and preparing papers
  • Dealing with enquiries and taking telephone messages
  • Distribution and logging of post
  • Arranging travel, accommodation and couriers
  • Scanning, Printing and Binding
  • General administration for the team
  • This role is to start ASAP for a minimum of 3 months so candidates must be immediately available.
