Immediate Start - Marylebone - £15.50ph - 2 Month Contract
Our large banking client is looking for a Team Assistant for a 2 month holiday cover contract, to act as a central hub for employees across the Primary Markets department. You will be providing secretarial and office support to a team of 40.
Duties Include:
• Secretarial duties, including: photocopying, faxing, filing, scanning, ordering stationery, arranging couriers etc.
• Arranging meetings /conference calls
• Organising travel bookings cover all aspects such as; visas, Accommodation, Transport and itineraries
• Processing and thoroughly checking a high volume of expenses to ensure they are in-line with policy
• Ad-hoc as tasks requested by team members
• Maintaining sensitive and highly confidential data
Ideal Requirements:
• Bubbly can do attitude
• Minimum of 5 years experience within a similar position
