Project Assistant/Bid Coordinator

Temporary 3-month contract

£13 - £14 per hour

Our client, a large global construction company, are currently looking for a highly motivated and experienced Project Assistant/Bid Coordinator.

Based in Waterloo with a fantastic hourly rate our client offers a challenging and rewarding working environment, with the opportunity to work across a range of high profile projects.

You must have previous Experience in project support and bid writing along with the ability to multi task and handle tasks efficiently and professionally.

This role requires someone who works well under pressure and who has astute attention to detail and meticulous organisational skills

Duties include -

  • Providing Project Support for up to 3 line managers
  • Writing and proof reading bids
  • Document Preparation
  • Administration
  • Preparing material/docs/data for project meetings
  • Other Ad Hoc / General duties

You will need to have excellent organisational, written and oral communication skills. The ideal candidate will need the ability to work accurately and effectively under pressure and have a positive attitude. You must have great communication skills and be professional in your approach and you will need to be able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
