A wonderful opportunity for a PA / Personal Assistant to join this lovely, ‘family feel’ Property Development company based in exquisite offices in SW1 London as PA to the Chairman and Directors. As the PA you will joining a friendly team of 10 and your role will also entail Office Manager duties.

The company is a leading property development firm and the office environment is warm and friendly, and also ‘grown up’ in the sense that the team work hard to get the job done, but are also trusted to work autonomously and enjoy a genuinely good work/life balance. Primarily, your role as Personal Assistant will be providing PA support for the Chairman who is personable and charming. However, you will also be providing support for the other Directors who are equally as lovely, as well as undertaking general office management duties and assisting other members of staff when required. 

  • Extensive diary management
  • Full in-box management for the Chairman
  • File & document management
  • Basic accounting
  • General office and facilities management
  • Dealing with telephone enquiries and all incoming and outgoing post
  • Liaising with external support teams
  • Organising travel arrangements
  • Ad hoc project assistance

You will ideally have similar PA experience at Director level from a boutique office environment -  property / investment sector desirable but not essential. You are confident, versatile, well-spoken and  a natural team player, with excellent communication skills and a proactive approach!
