An opportunity for a bright and numerate all-round Admin Assistant has arisen in this leading Mayfair based asset management firm. Based in exquisite offices, you will be joining a team of 40 professionals to assist with a variety of office admin including bookkeeping duties, as well as occasional front of house cover. Your role as Admin Assistant will work closely with the accounts team as well as providing support for the Office Manager with back office admin:

  • All-round office admin including filing and maintaining office records
  • Answering calls and directing them appropriately, occasional front of house cover when the Team Assistants are away
  • Maintaining the records management database
  • Basic bookkeeping - Preparing Intra company invoices, reports, letters, financial statements and other documents, using Word, spreadsheets, database and Excel
  • Opening and distributing post
  • Managing the company mobile / service provider accounts
  • Assistance with Team Assistant duties including travel coordination and meeting and greeting guests

The successful candidate will be bright, numerate, well-spoken and have fantastic, team orientated approach. Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel, and excellent attention to detail are a must. Previous experience from a boutique finance / professional services background and a degree / equivalent qualification is highly desirable.
