A once in a lifetime opportunity has arisen for an Office Co-ordinator with bags of common sense to join this small, up-and-coming luxury fashion company based in Central London.

As Office Co-ordinator your role will be fast-paced and varied, requiring you to be extremely organised and creative in your way of thinking. Responsibilities will range from processing orders, liaising with the warehouse and dealing with international customers both on the phone and via email. In addition to this the Office Co-ordinator will have huge opportunity to get involved in the marketing and PR for the brand, with projects ranging from social media & blogging, copywriting, coordinating photoshoots, sample sales and pop-ups, and attending four international trade shows annually.

The successful Office Co-ordinator will be polished, enthusiastic, honest and versatile. You will ideally have a minimum of 6 months similar experience from a fashion / retail / luxury background, and a Degree or equivalent qualification is preferred. Above all, the Founder is looking for someone passionate about taking this brand to the next level -  a true self-starter eager to get involved at all levels, with a an energetic and down-to-earth approach.
