Relationship Manager / Candidate Relationship Manager for sociable company in North London

Brilliant opportunity for Candidate Manager, Recruitment Assistant or PA/Personal Assistant/EA with a background in developing relationships to take on a new and exciting role with lots of scope for career growth. As Key Accounts Manager you will support our top billing Account Managers (x 4) who work across major Financial Services Accounts.  They are extremely busy and need somebody who thrives under pressure to take over a number of day to day duties to free up more time for the AMs to focus on developing the clients.

There is unlimited scope to come in and put your own stamp on this role from day one, so this is a real opportunity for someone with the right attitude to learn lots and develop a long term career where you will be rewarded! 

Duties will include:

  • Represent the AMs when they are out of the office visiting clients
  • Facilitate communication between the AMs and rest of the office and resourcing team to ensure jobs are issued on time and deadlines are met
  • Maintaining various spread sheets and internal databases
  • Chasing the team for CVs and uploading to recruitment portals
  • Preparing reports for the AMs
  • Data collection, analysis, and review of information and discussing issues with Account Managers
  • Extensive MI reporting
  • Mapping out reporting lines in different areas of the bank
  • Developing a sound working knowledge of the way the banks operate and any issues which affect it
  • Contractor Care - Building and maintaining relationships with a diverse pool of candidates – this will be a large part of the role and will include arranging interviews, taking feedback, dealing with queries, problem-solving and making a concerted effort to build individual relationships by regular phone contact and onsite meetings at least once every 6 weeks. 
  • Offering candidates an excellent level of customer service at all times
  • Assisting the AMs in any way possible to allow them more time to develop the clients.
  • In the future and if you wish, your role may develop further to include duties such as screening CVs, briefing candidates on jobs, or assisting with other accounts or areas of the business

  • Adaptable and credible – can deal with a range of candidates up to Director level
  • Excellent level of written and spoken English

  • Word and Excel skills
