Leading and rapidly growing investment company is seeking a fantastic Office Manager / Administration Manager to manage an office of 20 including supervising 2 other Assistants.
As the most senior support professional in the office, you will be the main ‘go to’ person and will have an overarching responsibility for all office operations including a European office. The culture here is friendly, supportive, warm, and communicative, and everyone helps each other out: the personalities which work well here are ‘do-ers’ and ‘yes people’.
Office Manager duties:
- Lead responsibility for all office operations / office administration across two offices
- Managing and supervising 2 Office Assistants, acting as mentor and confident and leading by example.
- Alongside the Assistants, ensuring all office management duties are fulfilled including updating and maintaining internal processes and systems, facilities, reception, compliance, HR admin, invoicing, document control, legal admin and contracts.
- Projects / Project Management such as coordination of new website and 2017 office move
- Extensive liaison and relationship building with clients, portfolio companies, investors, senior government officials, the press etc.
The ideal Office Manager / Admin Manager:
- Private equity, investment, hedge fund or boutique finance experience
- Strong academic background
- Exposure to managing staff
- Experience of managing an office relocation
- Highly polished personal presentation as you will be client facing every day
