Supporting a VERY HIGH PROFILE Founder, this is an amazing role for a career EA/Executive Assistant who loves being relied upon as a true right hand support to their boss – this role will require the successful candidate to relocate, and a degree of flexibility to work outside usual office hours with occasional international travel – your devotion and hard work will see that you’re extremely well rewarded!

This is a truly unique chance to join a lovely, down to earth and incredibly fast-paced firm, and as his proactive Executive Assistant / EA who is constantly one step ahead and always forward thinking, you will have a pivotal role and a lot of responsibility from day one.

Your role as EA will involve right hand support to a charismatic, straight-talking, impressive and intelligent Founder, and providing the highest standard of overall business and occasional personal PA/EA support:

  • 1:1 EA Support to the Founder
  • Act as a strong gatekeeper for the Founder
  • Extensive and full inbox management – responding to internal and external emails on behalf of your boss. Strong written communication skills required
  • Liaison with investors, board members – building excellent relationships both externally with clients and PAs, and internal team members
  • Back-to-back and changeable diary management and coordination of meetings across multiple time zones
  • Extensive international and multi-stop travel coordination – as the EA you will occasionally be required to attend international business trips
  • Private PA support – working alongside his Private PA – booking luxury travel, holidays etc.
