Prestigious investment management company with a warm and welcoming culture is currently looking for an articulate, client-facing and intelligent PA / Assistant who loves corporate marketing.
Supporting the Sales & Marketing team including the Head, this Marketing PA will provide a mixture of traditional PA / Assistant support as well as more in-depth marketing duties. To thrive in this fast paced and high end environment you will have some impressive PA / Assistant / Marketing experience behind you and be keen to develop further within Sales & Marketing.
- PA duties to Head of Marketing including diary and travel management
- Extensive production, preparation and organisation of a wide range of marketing materials
- Minute taking
- Ownership of marketing database
- Coordinating attendance at corporate marketing events and arranging lunches, dinners, networking evenings etc.
- Website management
- Ad hoc support to Sales & Marketing team
The ideal Sales & Marketing PA will have:
- Strong PA / Assistant skills
- Some exposure to corporate marketing
- Professional services experience, ideally investment management or similar
- Strong level of education and fantastic English grammar
