Team Assistant - TV

This fun, friendly and hugely reputable TV Company based in the heart of London is looking to recruit a hugely ambitious and confident Team Assistant who can join them immediately! This is an incredible opportunity for somebody who possesses fantastic communication skills, who is really thorough and organised and with great attention to detail. Joining on an initial temporary contract, it is crucial that applicants have no more than 1 week's notice period.

Responsibilities will include (but not be limited to):

• Supporting team with business travel bookings - i.e. flights, accommodation, train tickets and transfers
• Managing expenses
• Producing PowerPoint Presentations on behalf of the team
• Booking meetings and arranging events
• Accepting meetings and diary invites on behalf of Directors
• Dealing with queries
• Ad hoc duties as required
