Handle Recruitment is delighted to be partnering with a luxury fashion house to find a professional, bright and approachable Personal Assistant who will support the Global HR Director, on a permanent basis. This role is to sit within the HR team at the beautiful Central London head office.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a polished and ambitious individual to work with an ambitious Global HR Director and grow within an international brand.

The duties of this role will include:

  • Comprehensive diary management and respond to requests
  • Organise internal and external meetings, including ensuring all necessary background material and meeting packs are prepared
  • Organise all travel arrangements and accommodation for HR Director and on occasions for the HR team
  • Manage and submit all HR Directors expenses
  • Ensure efficient processing of invoices and other HR paperwork liaising with the relevant departments
  • Compile reports, presentations, minutes and draft internal communications when required
  • Take calls/messages, respond to emails, open and check post and pass on
  • Day-to-day running of HR Directors office and ensuring all files/papers are kept tidy and in a logical order
  • When required deal with any personal issues/paperwork
  • Working with the other PAs and Office Manager
  • Responsible for updating key department documents
  • Support the HR team with general HR Administration including database administration and personnel files
  • Responsible for recording holiday and sickness information for the Corporate office
  • Responsible for stationery, incoming and outgoing mail
  • Assist with HR Projects when required

We are looking for:

  • Graduate calibre preferred
  • A minimum of 2 years' PA experience in a commercial, creative environment is a must
  • An additional European language would be a bonus, but not essential
  • Some HR experience would be beneficial, but not essential
  • Highly competent user of MS Office packages, particularly Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
