The Contact Centre Team Manager will be responsible for managing a direct team of 8-10 Contact Centre Advisors and will help deliver an exceptional service to customers with enquiries relating to events. Please note the working hours of this role is 9am -5pm Monday to Friday, but weekend and evening work will also be required to meet the requirements of the role.

Key duties include:

  • Manage, organise and coordinate the day to day work of the team
  • Deliver the highest standard of service for customers in relation to memberships, ticket enquiries, retail purchases and travel, ensuring that enquiries are dealt with in a timely fashion in accordance to SLA's
  • Motivate, develop and coach a team of 8-10 direct reports, to include formal appraisals, recognise achievement and deal with performance related issues
  • Being involved with the recruitment of the Contact Centre team
  • Responsible for team administration to ensure staff sickness, holidays and overtime is captured accurately
  • Monitor telephony software performance and ensure any problems are reported to ensure seamless delivery of service

The Contact Centre Team Manager will have previous experience of managing a team within a contact centre environment or similar, with knowledge of working across multi channels and multi products. They will have fantastic interpersonal skills, will work well under pressure as well as act as a role model for desirable team behaviour.
